RRL
Named after Ralph Lauren's 16,000-acre Double RL Ranch, RRL reinterprets classic Americana through casual workwear inspired by the old West. Launched in 1993 as a sub-line of Ralph Lauren, the line offers a wide range of outerwear from leather rider jackets to mil-surplus-derived quilted down overshirts. Buffalo-check flannel shirts and rust-red cotton tees complete the lighter layers. Special effort is made to showcase the graphic power of Navajo weaving techniques through striking patterns that appear across the line's accessories and wool garments. Similar attention is paid to the denim jacket and jeans — one of America's most far-reaching contributions to fashion — offered raw or in a variety of polished washes. Just as Ralph Lauren has become synonymous with American luxury, RRL has earned a cult status among devoted fans of classic American workwear.
