Aviva Jifei Xue

New York–based designer Aviva Jifei Xue's clothing brand draws inspiration from her experience growing up in China and Japan. Launched in 2020, the brand uses natural dyes and organic pigments to preserve and showcase the singular weave and feel of regenerated handwoven textiles. Pursuing a traditional yet practical aesthetic, the brand uses monochromatic or patchwork design and relaxed oversized silhouettes that allow for layering.
