FENDI
Based in Rome, Fendi was founded in 1925 by husband and wife Edoardo Fendi and Adele Casagrande. Inspired by the Roman saddle-makers next door, Adele opened a leather goods shop, and Fendi grew alongside it. Through the postwar years and into the 1960s, the house drew on its rich heritage to present refined womenswear rooted in extraordinary craftsmanship. In 2020, Fendi appointed Kim Jones as Artistic Director of its women's ready-to-wear and haute couture collections, while Delfina Delettrez Fendi — the fourth generation of the Fendi family — was named Artistic Director of Jewelry.
