Telfar is a brand presented in 2005 in New York by Liberian-American designer Telfar Clemens. From a time when the concept of genderless was not yet common, he set out under the genderless banner to create bags that anyone could carry — and his philosophy is reflected in the Telfar slogan, NOT FOR YOU FOR EVERYONE.
